Refund & Return Policy

No Refunds:
All purchases made through Shakywooh are non-refundable. Once an order has been delivered, the customer cannot request a refund for change of mind, incorrect selection, or any other reason unrelated to product quality or order accuracy.

Returns:
We accept returns only in the following cases:

• The product received is damaged or has a genuine quality issue.

• The customer received a wrong or different product from what was ordered.

Return Time Limit:
Any return request must be submitted within 1 day (24 hours) of delivery. Requests submitted after this period may not be accepted.

How to Request a Return:
To request a return, email us at shakywooh@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include your order details, reason for return, and clear photos/videos of the product showing the issue.

Shakywooh reserves the right to review and verify the issue before approving a return.
