All orders will be delivered within 5 business days maximum from the date the order is confirmed.

In some cases, orders may arrive earlier depending on the delivery location and availability of the products.

2. Delivery Delays

While we aim to meet the 5-day delivery commitment, unexpected delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, transportation issues, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events.

3. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details. Shakywooh is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

4. Order Tracking

Where tracking information is available, customers may receive delivery updates through the contact information provided during checkout.

5. Delivery Issues

If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shakywooh@gmail.com. Such requests will be handled according to our Refund & Return Policy.
